anyone in central illinois build motors?

I gotta package deal for 2 87 yfm350s. One runs and the other had bad crank bearing and was disassembled, it appears all parts are there. Looking for someone who knows what Thr doing and reasonable priced. or is there a complete how to thread on putting bottomend together?
