Arai VX PRO 4 junk

I just bought the Arai vx pro 4 helmet.* Fit is nice and it is my third VX Pro. I've been a faithful Arai customer for years!... until now... On their website they claim its the perfect choice for enduro and off road riding.* Problem is, the new design barely keeps the vents in place.* Within four rides the top vent and one of the side vents is gone.* I called Arai and I was told the VX pro has break away vents so that there is less chance for rotational injury.* That seems like an odd statement given the fact the visor needs hit with a hammer to knock it off.* Dont ride with this helmet unless you screw or glue the vents on.* Arai WILL NOT send you new ones even if the helmet is 3 weeks old.* Loss of vents is your fault because you took your new OFF ROAD helmet OFF ROAD!
I'm on the search for a new brand of helmet to love.
