Are Cams really worth it ?

if so, is there a differance between stage 1 and 2? what are the best companies?

I am sure they do something, but I am wondering what are the comparisons? I know what happens when you put one in a big motor, V8 an stuff, but how much difference is made on one of these? Would like to put one on but just am not sure.

Hot cams are good drop dnds but arnt the best if you are trying to go to the max power and racing it but a hot cam is a good cam and yes they do a lot on the power side of it and the stage one is built dor bottem to mid range and the stage 2 is built for mid to top end and the stage 3 is for the hot rods stroker motor set up

well i think these Warriors got a pretty wicked bottom and mid range but and that would be good for the trails so im thinking bottom, thanks guys.

not sure about the warriors, buy when i dropped a stage 1 hotcam in my old 300ex it helped the mid to top end but didnt do **** for bottom end

Different cams on different bikes do different things that like how the exact same grind cam on a cbr650 is a hp cam and on a forman 450 its a wicked mud cam

yeah if i remember right, i think the stage 1 hot cam for the 300ex was called the mud buster
