Bent swingarm?

My buddy just bought a 98 warrior and he thought the swinger was bent but i took it off and measured it and it wasnt bent at all but the twist is that when we bolt the swinger and shock linkage in and put the carrier and axle back in when you stand behind the quad and look at it appears that the axle is twisted to the left like the right tire is pushed back farther than the left and i have no idea about this problem.. So any help is greatly appreciated! :-/

check the chain tensioners. different lengths will wang the axle out.

^^^agree...make sure the tensioners on the rear carrier are the same distances in/out
