It's already in writing and is pretty much an exact match to what DennisKirk has, so therefore it is $420 from DennisKirk which is beating your price.

I never once said for you to give a writtin statement with price on it now did i? But you already pretty much done so with the quote below.

That is almost below my cost - I would go with them they must be really trying to move them; I am making pennies on the dollar as it is with parts to bring some great prices to the table.

Death, I dont need anything this second but I will check with you on anything significant I need in the future. Ive been in and out of the bicycle business for 12 years and you are right when you say small shops are getting eliminated by the net and the penny pinchers. I always hear people complain that good people and shops are hard to find but what do you expect when you ask people to give a **** for no profit. Good luck to you and your shop I hope theres enough cool people to keep you guys going.
