Blown intake manifolds

Had this ATV for years and it continually blows a hole in the rubber intake manifold. I’ve cleaned the carb many different times. Adjusted the valves. Put in larger jets to richen it up and it might run good most of the day then it would pop back through the carb and blow a hole in the intake manifold. Anybody got any ideas what I can do fix this problem?

You need to replace the intake manifold with a new one. Holes in it will cause nothing but problems. New ones for the warrior are about $25. Dont buy Chinese cheap ones, they are softer rubber and wont last. Zoomzoom parts makes an aluminum one for a few bucks also just buy oem and bolt it on.
