ok where and how do it go about doing this? should i go .20 or .40 over? pros and cons of both. and lmk where i have to go/what i have to do to get this done.

well I believe if your going for a 366 you need to go .060 over
take jug to machine shop have it measured first then once you know the correct size of the bore you can decide on the size piston kit and size and compression that you want and they will bore the jug to match whatever piston you bring them

ok which is the best way to keep it reliable? i dont want **** going wrong with it. ik its gonna run hotter and all but i don't wanna be afraid somethings gonna blow on it.

I would just go .040 over then it would be a 357 and then maybe new aftermarket valves and springs and rockers port & polish
my buddy just did his .040 over with a Wiseco piston kit and cam chain with parts a bore and hone it ran him around $350 and he put it all together in like 2 hours and had it running his already had the stage 1 cam in it

how much faster really is it? with the 7 cc's haha. cuz i feel like .40 wouldnt really make much of a difference and i might as well just make it a 366. what are the pros and cons of .40 vs .60?

talk to weston or beastly they would know the pros and cons between the 2
as for faster you only can go faster if you change the sprocket sizes or completely redoing the transmision sprockets are cheaper and easier

no not like top end speed. like general speed. acceleration really. if i wanted top end speed i gotta change my gearing. i might go up 1 tooth on the front sproket but thats about it.

well general speed your best bet would be 14/40 gearing

I looked and bore increases by .50 so a stock is 83mm, 83.50mm, 84mm, 84.50mm,85mm which is 366cc

my 02 14-40
and the 01 is stock 13-40 for now need to get a 14 for it though she revs threw to 6th gear when I'm in 4th on the 02
13-40 and 20's on the back is just too damn low but then my boy can't keep up with me haha

lol I had 13/40 with 20's and all I was doin was shiftin so i changed to 15/40 and its a riot lol

does she still have the torque? my 02 with 14-40 I can bring the front up and wheelie in 1st,2nd,and 3rd gear I was thinking of doing the 15-40 but wasn't sure
my buddies 94 is .040 over with s1hc and 15-40 gearing he can wheelie but not as easy as me and he has to pop the clutch and gas it to get it up I can do rolling start wheelies in 1 2 and 3rd gear

Yeah the torque is there lol I've never ran 14/40 so I couldn't tell ya the difference between the too but what size tires are on the 02 ?
