Wrap a ratchet tie down strap around the tire and snug it a little bit, then put in the air. Works every time and no BOOM! lol.

I just did this the other day and it worked great. Take a ratchet strap and run it around the tire and pull it down tight till the tire starts to colaps on its self then take a hammer and beat on the traed of the tire making your way around it a couple times to start and seal the bead then take air to it with the strap on and it sould seat the bead just fine.

- I was mounting new to me tires that leak and are peices of ****! And i dint read all the posts so shut up!!! hahaha

Soapy water in a spray bottle always works for me. Having a big ass compressor doesn't hurt either.
