Cam Change

I bought a head from a guy on here and it has a 450 cam in it. I have a web 380 cam that I think is more suited for my style of ridein. My question is how do i change the cam. I have pulled a cam out before but it was on ahead the was off the bike. So i need a little help. Thanks for any help ya can give me.

just put the cam bolt in and pull on it till the cam comes out. If you cant pull it out use something to get under the head of the bolt and pry on it a little till it comes out. Not too hard. I was able to pull mine out rather easily.

ok pulling it out sounds easy .............how about putting the new one in?? don't have to do anything to the valves beside the adjustments after it is installed?
