Carb and other hose lead to nowhere

While taking apart my 350, I looked at the carb and noticed on the bottom there is a bit of brake line which runs to... nothing? Is this just some sort of overflow line?

I noticed also on the left side of the atv at the top of the what I think is the clutch cover which is gray with the Yamaha words engraved, at the top and over a bit is a bit of hose as well which leads to nothing.

Just curious whether or not this is normal or whether they need to be attached somewhere.

the hose off of the bottom of your carb is a drain hose. the hose that comes off of the top of you case is a breather tube, that should go to your airbox.
