Carb parts

First off I want to thank everyone for helping me this far with this money pit warrior. Now I have a couple issues with the carb to go along with the starter issues.
First what is the little piece called the connects the throttle cable to the linkage? Cable guide? I managed to lose it somehow.
My next issue is the accelerator pump keeps getting stuck. I think it has something to do with the bowl gasket because when I put the bowl on with no gasket it works perfect.

Put some grease on the gasket to hold it in the groove, the gasket is popping out around the rod and interfering, i had issues with mine as-well it kept slipping out and getting in the way on assembly.
