Carb problem

I just.got a new carb and i need rejet it cuz i have the cfm air box well went to go take the jet out the carb and it dont come out just keeps turningi can tightin it but it dont come out any ideas to get it out Iv put claps on it and pulled on it while i turn it loose still dont come out
