now its studdering mid throttle......WTF Why isnt there a main warrior carb post permanently bookmarked yet? Everyone has problems with them.

The carbs on these things suck. I'd check the simple stuff first, make sure the air box boot didn't separate from the carb.

If that is fine - drop the bowl and clean everything up. Clean up the accelerator pump as well.

I'm putting a DRZ400 BSR36 CV Carb on my gf's warrior next week.

Most all carbs work in the same way and work off circuits or jet blocks and jets... when you have a problem with that throttle postion then its basically all the same area in the carb. There should be one in the tutorials section on this site.

some one need to take a close up picture of a carb with the bottom off and point to all the areas......Im aware of where the jets are located, other than that, Im lost........And Im i correct in saying that my problem is its running lean? so I should go up a main? I have one up on both main and pilot right now running a uni filter and after-market full exhaust. I need to go to carb class. Its carbs and electrical that get me stumped every-time. I need visual knowledge in both areas.

Are you using minkuni jets with a dynojet needle by any chance? Mine did that until I replaced the needle with a stock one. The problem is it richens at mid throttle. If your needle has 5 clip positions it's stock, if it has 6 it's a dynojet. If it's a stock needle try moving the clip 1 notch towards the blunt end.
