carb runnin out

i can ride for an hour on a little trail hittin jump and off and on throttle but when i go down a road and get a 1/4 mile away at constant throttle it dies like no gas. and you let it set for 30 sec and it will fire right up, i got a 150 main and on last richest clip on needle with 366 and hmf and open air filter???

Do ou have a vent tube on the gas cap? If so take it off and try it again
