It's acting like the float is stuck, I've had it completely tore apart and cleaned several times...even when I park it n turn the fuel of it still drips slightly...carb rebuild be the next step???

Gotta describe "cleaned"... it must be operating room clean EVERYWHERE inside.
I'm assuming it's dripping out of the overflow hose and not from the bowl gasket.
If the needle is perfectly "clean" on the taper (and no "ring" grooved in where is sets on the seat) and the seat has no clinkers stuck to it or scratches on it... and the float height is correct, then it won't leak.
Unless the float is taking on fuel (ie. sinking).

Sounds like you need a carb kit and the seal for your fuel shut off. You can buy just the needle and seat OEM, but a complete aftermarket carb kit is way cheaper. I buy the carb kits and just use the needle and seat and seals and pitch the rest.

ya my carb dose the same thing it just has a slow drip out the over flow i just rebuilt it and cleaned it so u could practily eat off it haha but it still drips a little bit

Try shutting the fuel off when your done riding...if it still does it, you probly a bad seal on the fule shut off...
