can someone please tell me were the TOP OVERFLOW HOSE connects to on my 2003 warrior carb ,looks like it was pushed on to something at one time,could this be why it is running like crap now,,thanks from CANADA

It doesn't connect to anything, but if its running crappy then you might need to clean your carb. Check out the tutorial on clean carbs, that should get you through your problem. Also if you have never cleaned it before your probably gonna need a rebuild kit or al east new gaskets.

Its an air/breather tube (if your talking about the hose that some off the back of the carb near where the airbox tube connects) It connects to nothing.
