Anyone real experienced with this Mikuni carb an the warrior?

I got screwed(another story) on this 2000 Warrior. It dropped a valve and had some isses, I have gotten it back together but it will not run for lack of fuel. It will run off of carb cleaner but is not getting fuel to keep it running. I have pulled the carb apart and cleaned it thoroughly. The needle and seat are clean and clear and the primary and secondary jets(The middle two, one with plastic surrounding and the one next to it?) are clean and clear. the action works smooth and top of carb is clean. What can be wrong to the point that it will not run what so ever? Seems to me there aren't but so many things that could stop it from just running. It is getting plenty of fuel in the bowl but thats it. Anyone real familiar with these have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Ditto^^ check the fuel petcock for blockage too. Could also be a collapsed fuel line.

Thank you guys but if you notice I said the fuel bowl was getting plenty of fuel so that would eliminate the float level and the petcock/fuel line as sources for a no start. I took the carb back off and did a better job of cleaning and got it running. I verified every circuit with a wire and air. I had a clogged passage between my accelerator pump pickup opening and where the fuel leaves the bowl but I don't believe that should have stopped it from just starting so I probably had a restriction behind one of the jets. It is not revving up great and popping back through the exhaust and carb off of idle so I believe I need to richen up my mixture screw but it was late when I got to it last night so I was content just to get it running. I'll work on it in a little while and let y'all know how it turns out.

I saw a thread in the archives asking about how to clean the jets and passages. Just for a FYI, for years I have used strands of wire. If you strip the insulation off of various gages of stranded wire and use the individual strands it does a great job. Start with a strand out of a piece of 18 gage and move up to 10 or so. Copper wire is relatively soft so it shouldn't score the jets but it is stiff enough to work.

I was ready to just find a reman carb until I priced them and found that they are ridiculous in price. I couldn't do that on principal alone LOL
