i've been looking everwhere for a case saver for my warrrior . anyone got any manuf.?and i'm not looking for that stock thing that doesn't work . i've got a brand new motor and going to make this last more than a year.!!!!!!!

Noss machine (nossmachine.com) makes a case saver that looks similar to the GYT-R billet sprocket cover, but with the addition of a wing that actually protects the case if the chain would take off in it's own direction.

I think ModQuad or one of those other billet companies makes a more traditional style case saver, i remember seeing it in a rockymountainatv catalog, motorsport, or something like that. I think it was listed for the raptor 350, but there's no reason why it wouldnt fit the warrior if it works on the rap 350.

yes i know about Noss and they don"t protect crap. looking for some that is a true case saver. mod quad and the gytr are also chain covers not savers....

you will have to mod your own.....I believe Noss stopped producing the warrior one...due to slow sales...so you have very limited options

i think you're problly right. i just talked to a guy i know that would by happy to help design and build one for me. if there not too exspensive i will a have a batch made. ;D Would there much intrest from you guys if this works out? let me know.

I'd have to dissagree, the Noss case saver cover is made from billet aluminum, Billet Aluminum dosn't break easy. Anyway Noss stopped making for YFM 350s. If people would would check their chain, tension, and lube, you'll know when it's shot. Never had a chain break on me, but then I also use a heavy duty D.I.D. X ring chain.

Are you sure Noss actually stopped making them? I know they do actually offer protection (definitely better than stock, which is no protection) and i've heard of people still getting them by calling and asking for them.

But i agree with dave, if you take care of your **** it won't malfunction in the first place. I've been riding chain driven quads forever and the one single time i had a chain jump off the sprocket, it was on a borrowed quad, which happened to be a 1987 polaris trail boss with the original sprockets, which really only had 2 teeth remaining on the front... there's yer problem... so you gotta have something pretty wrong before you have a chain jump off and cause damage.

the Noss is a chain cover not a case saver. and yes i talk care of my ****. but i just had motor #3 rebuilt and i would rather be safe than sorry. and search continues ;D

I posted about this about a year ago.....NOSS had one scratched display model left in stock...they told me they were going to stop production....It is a little more protection than stock...I learned the hard way..both my cases cracked in the exact same spot, my first due to my lack of care...the second i bought it with the cracked case...in both instances I had an alumnum welder fix them like new without removing the engine...Dave said it right.....It does not hurt to check your chain and tension after every ride..

IDK Noss marketed it as a case saver. It has a billet piece of aluminum that goes around the whole area of the case were there known to implode.

Anyway I check the chain after every ride while I'm washing her down.

Here is somthing from a way back courtesy of Bubberbutt.
