Are there different kind of stock CDI boxes? Like this it says Y27? Whats that mean ?

i think y27 is a number they use like a stock number.

deerman I would not recomend spending your money on an aftermarket CDI unless you have certain engine mods done. The stock warrior timing curve flattens out at a certain rpm, so it stops advancing timing. It will allow you to rev way higher because it extends the timing advance curve farther past the stock one. You can start floating your valves with stock valve springs. And you will benafit more from high reving when you have a large cam and free-er flowing exhaust and intake and even port work because that's where you're going to get your HP at at that point.
food for thought. I could think of other better places to spend that money. Anyways, food for thought ;;

the cdi itself is about the same on all I think, but there are about 400 or 2000 different connectors ,you just have to find one with the same connections ,that part never made any since to me either
