I'm trying to insall the new clutch parts for the raptor easy pu mod and I can't get that little arm off the pinion on the motor. Any tricks or tips?

The one on the clutch cover? There is a little clip you just pop off with a screwdriver. Btw The clutch cable holder i ordered is on backorder from 2 different dealers. Where did you get yours?

Hopefully man. Hopefully they get you your order sooner than I go mine. Damn snow storm delayed everything.

hey all i got it off, but i was wondering when i start my quad ingear with the clutch in the quad still moves a little bit like the clutch is still grabbing i tryed adjusting it for a while still no luck the old cable setup did that aswell what can this be?

Something seems like its grabbing. Maybe if you re position the clutch arm back so it pulls more it might help.

Mine does this when it first started up, they say work the clutch lever in and out to get the clutch plates to let loose before putting it in gear helps. Its from the clutches sticking together form the cold oil, mine also will roll in reverse when it cold with the clutch pulled in, but stops when its warmed up.

If your still does this after its warmed up then your clutch still may need to be adjusted a little.
