cut this out on a CNC today. not bad for $20 of material and an hr worth of work. its made out of Delrin which is far more abrasion resistant than the aftermarket UHMW ones.

well its possible to get delrin in different colors but it genneraly has to be ordered straight from dupont and they have rediculously high minimum order quantites of like 100lbs. for the most part suppliers stock black and white so thats what i used. and if theres enough intrest i might make up a batch of them and sell them. gonna see how this holds up on the bike first though

that stuff self lubricates too doesnt it. we use it in the trannys of our car at school

nice i made one out of port starboard just a boating material that is high resistent so far so good to bad i got in trouble and cant ride for months
