cut fenders

got a question for you guys how do you get your fenders cut out with messing it up i was tring and it not working to well for me the pop ribbits are causing me troubles i tryed to pull them the whole way through and it just rips the plastic

I drilled out the center of the rivet and they fall out. Then I used a jigsaw with fine blade and did my first set. Came out very smooth and oe looking

The set of fenders I did, I didnt even worry about them cause I just trimmed along the edge of the black with a jigsaw.

thanks i was just starting to using a razer blade to do mine i was getting mad at it i have saw saw will that work to cut them off because i dont have a jig saw

I used a good set of metal shears. A lil tougher than a jigsaw but it was all i had at the time

If you were talking about doing the back one, they kinda look goofy trimmed. Besides that you have to think things flying off the rear tires will hurt like hell if they hit ya.

I drilled the rivets, then used a jig saw to cut the fenders. next I took a file to them and after that some steel wool to get them real smooth and rounded the edges

then iam not gonna do that because i do a lot a trail riding where there is loose rocks and a lot of tree braches laying down
