hey guys just got a warrior i have had 3 before but just recently got a 2002 its in pretty good shape and i didnt pay very much for it but the guy i got it off couldnt figure out the problem with it. it will run perfectly fine when you first start it up but once its warm it wont handle anything more than half throttle its bored 40 over and a hi rev cdi box havent really had the time to look at it but thought i would get some of your guys info so on my next day off i kinda know where to start

Sounds like 1 it loses spark under load, and could be the cdi. 2 its running lean and the carb cant give it enough fuel.
 
it also sounds like a bad pickup coil. ohm that and see if it is within spec.
 
I had the same problem with mine. Cleaned the carb then ran some k100(like stabil) in with the gas
 
Finally had a chance to look at it real good today and i need a air filter and the carb really needs cleaned maybe even rebuilt its covered in black stuff inside looks like its pretty bad going to twar into it reall good next weekend when i have off all weekend thanks for the help guys i can see i will be getting alot of jnfo off this site
