Cyl head milling???

I finaly got all of my engine parts in ( JE 85mm 10.5:1, Webb 88 grind, Cometic gaskets and Kibblewhite springs. The cyl head has also been ported and polsihed. I am taking the head/jug to the machine shop I am thinking of getting the head milled for a fresh surface and a little more compression like 11:1. I was wondering how much can I do safely with out valve to piston contact?

Can't really say, you'd have to talk to someone who knows the Warrior in and out. Mickey Dunlap of FST would be my first choice.
