Determine This Noise

Replaced that Cam Chain, and adjusted the Valves.

.08 mm intake and .18 mm exhaust.

Still pretty loud. any ideas?

These are the feeler gauges i used btw.


there are 2 numbers i used the top one is that right?

or is that inches at the top....

So I've been making my vslves too big an never needed a new cam chain. Damn!

hahaha ive done that before but luckily i notided before i adjusted them. Oh well at least you have a good chain in there now!

still ticks a bit but thats normal i hear.

I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one to have done that.
First (and last) time was on a early 16 valve GSXR750... talk about noisy...

Sounds normal to me, mine pretty much sounds same way a light tick but have heard these engines like this have a slight tick thats normal.
