Have a 2000 warrior, stripped it down to the frame. Sandblasted the frame and got everything repainted. Put the motor in and retaped the wiring harness to make it look better. Cleaned all the connectors and put it on and nothing. The headlights worked but no ignition or starter. Checked the switch on the handlebars for the starter and run switch but think I shorted something out. Now there is nothing. Checked the fuse and its good. Theres nothing nothing now. No lights or anything. The wiring harness has a buch of splices in it but it ran good before and everything worked. Did I burn something up?

It possible. However if nothing is working id go for the fuse again.

You may be untaping the whole harness and going through. 2 wires could be touching or one grounding on the frame. It also could be a bad ground somewhere since you repainted the frame. The only solution is to start checking everything. But id start at the fuse. even though its most likely not your problem anyway.
