Engine Knock/tick

Hello everyone. I got my rebuilt shock installed today and couldn't wait to fire it up and ride! The only thing I've changed to my warrior is replacing the air filter. Prior to that change, the engine ran well and this knock was not present. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
