ok guys so yeah im getting 800 put into my engine on my warrior and have a few questions first.
such as....
whats the best size to bore my warrior for a nice power increase but at the same time wont run rediculously hot?
whats a really good cam to put in to co-op the bore
what size high comp piston should i go with?
what valves should i run with that^
i need titanium valve springs?
im prob going to get a 38mm carb
whats a really nice exhaust to flow well with all of that^?
and whats a nice jetting kit for all of that as well.
pro-design vs k&n air filter
trying to make it quite fast here as you can tell but not run extremely hot at the same time. i will be having my head ported and an oil cooler. and im going to lighten the bike up a bit to make it so it aint gotta work so hard. i may be racing it. thanks for your help. but i need answers soon cuz this is happening verrrry soon. thank you. just comment the best combination and brands you feel is the best way to go for all of that.

JMHO

84mm
wiseco 10.25:1 with a new stock wrist pin
a web .415 or .430 are popular
KW +1 intake and exhaust and springs
a 38mm rs mukuni or fcr 39mm
fmf power bomb with hmf
FSR or UM airbox and filter setup
+4 timing key and no jug gasket

that should do you good with P&P

thats seems good. is that what your running? and how much of a diff from a warrior with jetting and a pipe will this make^?

also any others. i think deadlast had a good setup. maybe he will comment. any other suggestions.? anyone agree with dune?

ok so far i got bore to 85mm KW +1 valves, .430 web cam, wiseco 10:25:1 piston, head ported, oil cooler, 38mm mikuni, +4 timing key no jug, um air box and a fmf power bomb with hmf ehaust? i mixed both of dunes and beast's recommendations. is this good? or should i just stay to 84mm bore?

of so JE 10.5-1 comp with my e- series with power-bomb header, +1 KW valves and titanium valve springs, with web .430 cam and 38mm Mikuni, +4 timing key, um air box, why no jug gasket? that sound good and it will be a 366 correct? or is it going to be more or less? anything else. should i change the sprocket size's from stock? i want a balance of accel and top speed. but alil more accel.

ok ill use the jug gasket then. i herd its a more reliable piston conversion and will last me longer with the gasket and be just as powerfull.

oh so je 10.5-1 comp piston, .415 cam kw +1 valves, +4 timing key, powerbomb with my white bros e eries, 38mm mikuni carb, titanium valve springs, um airbox with a really nice filter, port work and oil cooler and its good?

Should rock then. Good luck finding a UM box, they dont make em anymore for the warrior. Might get lucky and find em on ebay.

That muikuni carb will do good but if your can find an Edlebrock or 37mm FCR for a good deal go with one of them. You'll glad you have an accel pump.
