He had the .430 race, it had a lot of duration but the regular .430 is great on the 366

I still think id be to much, since these motors are torquey and not high reving 450s

edit.....Ooops my bad i didnt see we were talking about "web" cams. It may be good, but you'll be reving alot to get the power, also may need to check valve clearances?

Another thing to consider, if your bore isn't worn to the point of needing a bore job you may be able to just hone it & put in a new 83mm, JE 10.5:1. If you want a lil more life out of your engine boring wise, do the 84mm Weisco & eliminate the base gasket. That should be fairly equal to the 10.5:1 JE & you'll still have room to bore. Cam wise, web .390 or .430. Carb, FCR, PB header, port & polish, Kibblewhite spring set, +4 timing key, adjustable cam gear, new timing chain, +1 intake valve & FCR box.

Read my post again, bud, it's about options. Either piston is a fine piece & you can get equivalent compression from the Weisco by losing the base gasket. Neither piece is junk, I was just stating that you only have 2 bore size options with JE(STOCK & 85), where you have multiple bore sizes with the Weisco.

JE 10.5:1 or 12:1 depending on pump gas or race gas.
Big gun exhaust or Supertrapp (e-series)
Biggest I would go on cam would be .413" or .390" web / .415" Mega. Run adjustable cam gear.
Have the head ported by FST.
Kibblewhite valve springs.
Vito's timing key. Adjust jetting two to one size richer so acts like a rev limit but you are still in 13:1/12.5:1 air/fuel range.
Get a used 37mm fcr carb with raptor intake manifold and air box setup. Foam air filter.
Run a one size taller front sprocket.
Install a extra thin steel in the clutch pack and run heavy clutch springs.
D.I.D cam chain if yours is worn.
