I have the cyl head off of my 2004 wolverine and I can wiggle the rockers slightly with my finger. Is this normal or should I replace the rockers and or the rocker shafts? I am about to install the Webb 88 cam and springs just want to mke sure every thing is good.

I'd help yah out man but I got no clue. I would say a subtle about pf play is fine. Wolverine owners a few and far in between here.

rockers should move side to side slightly but not when you twist them. If you can then I would replace both rocker and shaft, you will need a slide hammer for that that will tread into the shaft.

No the manual that i have says nothing about play in the rockers. However after checking them again they do not wiggle from side to side but only left to right slightly. Thanks for the help I just wanted to make sure that I did not need to replace them before I put my cam in.

The rockers should move side to side, but you shouldn't have any play in the shaft and rocker. If so buy a clymer manuel and follow their instructions. I made my own slide hammer for the rockers.
