Lsr swingarms are a full 3-6lbs heavier than OEM. The OEM is NOT as tough as you think, I broke both upper gussets a full 4" break on each side. But the one Scott built (I have one and deadlast have one) the welds and material is much better.
Well I need an extended swinger, the 490 is really wheely happy. I have to make a custom pivot for my rear motor mount. It's easier to start from scratch.
I just want something simple, and easy to make. I also want a round carrier for added strength, and easier adjustment.
