the only time i get mud in my face is when i go in small VERRY shallow pudles and it sprays off the tires

other than that it actually stops the mus flying and splating off the fenders because there is nothing to splat against

if i cut them..im ganno try in finda a cheap set of fender's in try it on them frist..in see if i like it before i cut my fender's tho....but im not really sure...i probly just ganno whait in see if someone come out whit a new stile aftermarket frender's for them...
