Well i finally bought another warrior. I had a 98 that i purchased new, then sold to get a raptor when they came out, then sold that when i got married. Well i just picked up an '88 thats got a wiseco .030 over high compression piston, fmf slip-on, k&n filter, and a hotcams stage 1 cam. Here's a picture.

Woops. i'll try again.

Thanks. :) It does need a little tlc but overall it's pretty clean. I think some things have been replaced. The motor doesn't have a pull start. Didn't they have pull starts in '88 still? And i thought the headlights were different on the '88s but i still like it.

Yea I'm not to sure that's an 88. You're right the lights are mounted in a different spot and it should have the pull start. I'd look into this more if I were you.

Yeah, that's an 89-92 judging by the headlights. The first 2 years had different frames, with the headlight mounts down near the bumper

Thats what i thought. The title says 88 so maybe a late 88 or an early 89? That or someone did some retrofitting. When the weather clears up some i'll look at serial numbers on the frame and motor. It snowed again today and it's sitting at my parents until i make room at my house.

Maybe the previous owner wrecked it and bought a roller or something from a junkyard and swapped out some frame parts.
