well i got my warrior 5 days ago and only got to look at it and start it. the next day i had to have surgery so i rode it around the yard before i left. im only 14 just spent all my money that i earned over the summer on this thing. i bought it for 1200 + my mini fridge:eek: it runs good starts up perfect and idles forever. that i no off it just has the dg slip on exhaust and idk about the air filter. so the day after my surgery i got it out the shed and revved it up and it shoots a flame every once in a while. what could cause this? i need help

im trying to upload pics of it. but how can i get it to stop doing that without a jet kit?

bigger #'s mean bigger jets (if you didnt already know) you shouldnt need much more than one size bigger

i have a white brothers E series pipe on mine, and it pops and shoots a flame on deceleration...it also has a jet kit (the PO said anyway)

you think he set it up and its running lean also? how do i adjust that? with the screw on the bottom of the carb? when i finally got it up and running it wouldnt idle so i got that adjusted, but it still pops. you think its the mixture screw?

its the pilot jet being either clogged or to small 99% of all jet kits dont come with pilot jets you will have to take yours out go to the dealer and up it a size
