Front Bumper

I bought an aluminum front bumper that they say was taken off a 94 warrior but it doesnt come close to fitting on my 00 warrior. I was wondering if the mounting points for a bumper varied at all between those years. Thanks for the help!

mounts are the same so they lied to you, can you post a pic of it?

Looks like its for an 87 frame. The 87 and 88 frames had the upper mounts further back. Also te bottom mounts on the bumper look bent inward big time. I say if you got it off ebay tell him you want ur money back! Thast BS when people sell **** that they know doesnt fit. That or report him to ebay about it.

That looks like its not even close to fitting. Just a guess maybe it goes to a blaster or something small along those lines.

the bottom bumper mount arms don't seem bent in very far they are just that close together. I did get it off ebay and the reply that i got was " it was taken right off a 94 warrior" so i dunno guess i'm going to have to battle and get my money back. thanks guys for the replies

measure the width between the mounts and the hight and i'll see if fit my 87 and i does maybe i'll buy it off you

I bet he just thought it was a 94 frame. Looks like a 1st gen bumper to me.

I also took new high resoultion pics so they can see without a question that there was no modification to the mounts and frame. This is some ******** lol

banshee front bumpers are the same and will bolt up

I'd direct them to this site and thread and tell them to argue over here. Both of my 98's look identical to yours to they have no clue what they are talking about.

yep 91 is the same as well, i looked at the fische of a 87 and 88 warrior frame and i can see the differnces in the frame, so must be from a 87 or 88

I told them to search yamaha warrior 350 frame on ebay and you can see the mounts. I will win this battle!

if they dont give you your money back file a complaint to ebay or paypal. and let them know that this guy or company is selling parts that are not what they discribed. every time ive had a problem pay pal always backed me up. i hate losers that sell **** just to rip someone off and make a buck at the expence of someone else.what company was it on ebay that you got it from?

They sold you a misrepresented product, whether they knew or not, is a different story. As a SELLER they must know what they are selling, or admit that they don't.
They say it belongs on a 1994 Warrior, so they should make damn sure that it does. If they would have said "we think it's from a 94", they'd have a leg to stand on.

With that said, and knowing it's misrepresented, go to Ebay with it. It's a fraudulent sale. Also **** in their feedback, and out them as a seller here. Let them know of your intent(in a non-threatening manner).

I bought a new DG, and it was a bitch to get on, but it worked. Yours, no chance in hell.
