Front setup?

Hi, I am new to the forums and I just got a 1987 warrior. I have been looking around and can't find any +2 a-arms. So I started looking into the Diamond J custom front end setup. Now to my question do you guys think i should get this setup and get fox floats or just keep the stock a-arms and just get the floats? I just trail ride and I'm not really planning on getting into any racing so it's just for fun but I do ride pretty aggressively. :atv:

if your just wanting it a lil wider just flip your rims works great and cost almost nothing

That, or, there is a company I found that makes extended 87-88 arms. I will have to see if I can find or remember their name. But, you will shell out some cash for em. I just flipped my rims this afternoon. Haven't takin it out for a ride yet, but around the shop and the house it feels sooo much better.

I can't find or remember the name. Try doing google searches. As for the diamond j kits. I've never used one, nor have I seen one use. Would I use one? No. Just more wieght for an already hefty bike to tote around. It also changes the pivot axis and geometry of the tie rods. If all you do is tail ride, flipping the rims will work very well. It'll make the front end as wide as the back end. Very stable, too. The only thing I will say is that it puts more load on the wheel bearings and can lead to premature wear. Like beastly said, buy 87warrior917's custom +3 a arms. Those things are SWEET! Just look at the pics.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. After doing some extensive google searches lastnight I couldn't find anything, so maybe I stumbled onto an old site. But it wasn't armstrong or racesin, I'm pretty certain. Those +3 that 87917 made are sweet! Wish I had dunes around here, then I'd grab em.
