DOes the front sprocket nut hold on the sprocket need to be torqued to a certain spec or just tighten it as hard as i can? also how easy is it to replace the gasket behind it? mines starting to leak more.

im sure theres probably a spec but just tighten i tight and bend those tabs up so it cant come loose... the "gasket" behind it is a seal and ive never done it but its just like any other seal (just pick the old one out and TAP the new one in STRAIGHT)

download the manual.
theres a thread for it stickied.
it has tourque spec and procedures to do everything there is to be done on the warrior, every nut and bolt. if they do or dont need locktight etc etc.

and for that seal, i dont remember, but you may need to crack the case open to change it. but anyways, someone else would know better than me if you can sneak it in and out. but the manual would tell you how to do it, and pobably give you a hint or two.

Nope, it pops out. I had to replace mine. Flat head screwdriver will do it. Take the sprocket off and you can see the seal, Its a compression spring style gasket holding it in there. Dig it out and pop the new one in. Pretty easy. (Tip the quad on its side so you dont have to drian the oil when doing this)
