i have know idea at the moment let me try out mine when i build them and then if they hold up to my riding ill think about a price sound good? and sorry for thread jackin drw

I love the gussets idea.
A kit to lengthen the swinger for those tha are into that kind of thing.
Lowering kit sounds cool.
A cool ass bumper man.
A bolt-on oil cooler kit that locates the cooler behind the cool ass bumper that you build!
Some kind of tasteful shroud to direct air toward the engine.
How bout a setup that makes it simple to place a small electric cooling fan on?
A rear carrier bumper.

Dude, if you're creative you can throw your Own lil FSR spin on alot of stuff that's already being done, nothin wrong with that.

im really leaning away from the cooler idea because 98 is the cooler guy but i am looking into fans ect. i cant wield alum so bumpers are out for now but not for to long hope fully and a arms are on the drawing board with alum uppers and cromoly lowers with adjustable angle heim joint to support lower setting suspension systems along with them being lt

as far as the electric fans go who would ant one? and would you want them to be on a censor or a switch? and are we talking one big on that blows on the motor or one that draws through the cooler?

ok so im not really finding a way that this kit can cost less then 80 bucks for a censor wireing mounts fan and costom shroud for the cooler and thats use a spal fan

im looking at fans for the motor and i can get a 450 cfm spal fan and all needed hardware and that kit is going to be close to 100 or i can get another brand fan that rates at 1200 cfm but it pulls close to 80 amps so it would require a over sized stator to be able to run it and headlights and if i did that i could probably get the price down 30 bucks and those come in 3 colors black blue and red here are the pics of those fans

below are the non spal fans

You'd have to mount the cooler & fan up behind the bumper man, which is totally my idea for the cooler. I'm gonna mod my bumper with some good weldable heavy mesh, weld some brackets to it & attach the cooler to that. After that you could attach the fan to the cooler or make some more brackets for it I guess. Whatever ya like.

For the fan I'd prefer the low amp job, if I were replacing the stator then the alternative fan might be an option.

Those stock "A" arm widening kits weigh close to 12 lbs., hardly worth the effort to add that much weight to a bike that is already front heavy. Just buy some aftermarket "A" arms. But if someone would make them out of aluminum that might sell.

I don't think they'd hold up man, if they didn't break they'd wallow out.

BTW, Weston, I didn't mean that you should cut in on the clutch cover mod, more like you should develop a tasteful way to mount the cooler, sorry if I didn't communicate that better, txt isn't always good for that.

do you have any pics of your Blingstar style sprocket and rotor guards?

i would like to see them

Oh, a phenolic intake manifold would be awesome man, you could tailor the length & see if you could shift the torque curve around, it wouldn't rip, it'd be fairly reliable & it doesn't hold heat like aluminum! HUH HUH HUH, YA LIKE IT DON'T YA, LOL!
