all there any fuses or links on these warriors? i rode half the day yesterday w/o any problems, but when i finished and strapped it down on the trailer im not getting any power to the dash or switches.

i preceded to try and start it by touching a screw driver to the solenoid, but it wouldn't do anything. my battery is fairly new so i thought it could be a fuse somewhere that may have crapped out. afterall when i went to crank it to empty the bowl i heard a slight click or pop when i hit the start button. took the seat off and wiggled the wires and got temp power, but it clicked again.

any ideas where i need to look?

yeah there is a 15amp fuse under the left rear fender in a black rubber holder with 2 red wires going to and from it

yeah, went home on my lunch break and took the fenders off. i just overlooked it yesterday. anyway, the fuse is good. im gonna tinker with it a bit more after work.

if it ends up not being the battery what else could be a possibility?

mine use to do this all the time, i think half of it was the batter connection and i think the reverse switch was the other part

i took out the wire wheel and cleaned off the connections on the battery and it fired right up. it wasn't corrosion, but rust and sand.

i think the battery was partially submerged when i got stuck in the bottom of a creek last weekend. LOL

OH!! A 15amp fuse eh...

My warrior came with a chunk of bolt with the head lopped off...

I should pick up a a pack of those fuses, see if it blows, start testing and replacing wires etc if needed..

maybe somethign to do with why my rev and neutral lights quit working.. they started working a bit after I put it all back together, then quit again.. must be some loose wires/shorts.. shoulda ripped into the wiring when I had her all apart.. *Sighs*

i actually inspected mine a greased it, then taped it, water tight the other day that how i busted out that fact so quick.... anyways there is a little holder also molded in that rubber for a spare fuse, mine was missing... i found one laying around but it was a hair longer(1/8" or so), i tried it inline and i couldnt get the holder back together completely... so i dont know if these fuses are a special length or what but its something you might wanna check into (btw i didnt look into it cause i rooted in my parts box and found my parts harness and stole it from there)

yeah, my little rubber boot dealy is kinda split/ripped, so I may just get a new holder and wire in thier, one that holds a more common fuse of the same type/style/rating.
I have some good heavy duty electrical grease from when I worked at a semi trailor shop. I use on it on plenty of exterior connections and plugs and it helps out alot.
