So I cant seem to get the axle off.

I got it half way there and now it wont budge anymore.

Its like its stuck on something, any suggestions? I been beatin the thing with a hammer and wiggling it around for an hour.

You got the nuts off right?

Take the tire off, take the hub off, take the nuts off, undo the chain and take the sprocket off, the the whole thing should slide off to the right, easy peasy.

my suggestion is to keep beating the **** out of it. these things are a pain sometimes man. another thing is to make sure you use a block of wood before you smack the axle end. don't wanna mess up the hub threads.

yup everything is off, i tryed beating it but it just wont get past this certain spot, its like where the left side splines are. like its getting stuck..

so frustrating

finally got it off and the new bearings and seals in! that took forever and almost 2 cans of PB blaster haha my garage floor was like a roller rink.

No more wobble in the axle now!

this site is awesome the tutorials and support.

thanks everyone.

this makes me just wanting to replace eveything myself on the warrior, they are really great quads

Ohh and also while i have my axle off, can i sand the axle and tape off the splines and paint it with some non chip rustolem hardened paint to make it look a little betteR?

if you want, its just gunna chip again though. I say let it go. Perhaps get a gforce or durablue some time down the line.
