Meh... I dont know much about karts so cant give much valuable information on em like mechanically and stuff but I personally cant see ever spending that much on a go kart when you could get a dirtbike or a cheap quad or deck out ur quad for that much. But if you really like it than go for it if its a fair price

you would have to drive it on the street or your driveway..do go kart plces have "bring your own kart" days?

That is a racing kart. You drive them at a race track. TON of fun!!!

Yes they will and your only about 2 inch off the ground. Had a neighbor once that raced those and took me to a track and let me run it some, and lets just say it scared the **** out of me, I wouldn't give it much gas cause it wouldn't take that much to get going and hauling down the track. But was fun as hell though!!
