going to look at a 92 wardog

hey guys im going to look at a 1992 model warrior anything imparticular i should look for on this model? im gettiong it for $1200 wich is a very good deal around here they go from 1500 o 1800 here please let me know anything

Maybe i'm off on the year of mine. It's shocks are already covered, and the rest has already been looked over many times. Plastic is a real light gray:

Well you're only 1 state over and they go for 1k or sometimes even less all day long over here in Ohio and PA. I'm surprised that only one state over they go for so much more. Everything is cheaper in Ohio, probably because everyone's poor here lol.

Yup, they're going for $500 and up here, too.
$800 quads can easily turn into $1600 quads before you swing a leg over 'em.

The list of what to look for is too long to type unfortunately. First thing I look for is cleanliness and originality. Second is butchering, as in pipe wrench or hammer marks on anything, duct tape, JB weld, RTV boogers, zip ties, bailing wire, etc... Then you start to ask the seller questions...

mine is a 92. Started out with with plastics with gray trim, baby blue hood, tank cover and seat. And square lights, but anyone can change that stuff

Definitely look around the case where the chain is, and look out for any JB weld on the case.

they went a little crazy with the stickers but atleast they put them on strait and goo gone will always get them off

looks like everything but the plastics were painted.

could be a good thing though i will probably do it like 87warriors so it dosent matter what is painted but maby my frame will be flame orange
