Got spark but won't start

05 wolverine 4x4 won't start but I've got spark. Checked the inline stone filter, fuel runs freely to the carb.

I removed the air filter and it's wet. With the filter removed, it'll fire up with the choke on if I spray engine start into the intake but won't stay running.

I'm mechanical but not a engine mechanic. Any Ideas?

Sounds like a dirty/stuck needle valve, might not be letting fuel into the carb bowl. I would take the carb off, and the bowl, and see if it's getting fuel into it. If not, it's probably a clogged jet.
