so in your opinion do you think it's only the valves the are the problem (top end) or I blew the motor (bottom end)??

Bottom end may be fine. That is why they are telling you to flush it. I used brake clean to flush mine out. It had a different problem but the filter was plugged and the oil looked bad. I have ridden the hell out of it and it has been fine. You are obviously going to have the head off, take the cylinder off as well and inspect the crank for excessive play. If it seems ok, flush out the bottom end, reassemble it and run it.

when you say to flush it..I'm assuming you mean just poor brake clean it in the bottom end?? then what?
I used the nozzle on the can. I had both side covers off the lower end. Raised the front of the ATV on ramps, pulled the oil drain plug and just started spraying in every nook and cranny I could to flush the particles out of the crank case. Brake clean evaporates so by the time you get all the covers back on, it will be gone.
I then put new oil and filter in and cranked it over with the spark plug wire disconnected to get oil flowing to the head area again. Once the oil peed out the bleed screw in the head, I put the screw back in and the plug wire back on and fired her up and rode the hell out of it. It has been fine since. I periodically check and flush my filter just to keep an eye on things. Like I said, mine had another issue with junk in the oil. If you want more details on the problem I had, search my posts.
