Head pipe to short?

I have had 2 different head pipes(one was deff not off a warrior and one was for sure) and the both seem too short. The stock muffler bolted up seems like 1 to 1.5 inches too short. Anybody else have this problem???

yup...pipes too short?

the header oem pipes are all the same i think but they do have mid pipes for some after market exhaust systems.no iam wrong! i have about 15 header pipes,and some are longer!!! but ive only seen two sizes,long or short.sorry,no help.now i have to find out why that is like that,but i have seen two different lengths

yeah, someone a while back had this issue too. Its your exhaust all stock?

i have that problem all the time, sometimes my pipe's a little longer than normal. just make the best of it lol.

Yepp all stock. Irritates me because it burns my leg from the hot gasses coming out. And it sounds like ****

Trade ya the white bros for a complete exhaust that fits lol.

I think for what eve reason they made two different length headers for these quads. You could possable got to a muffler shop and find a sleeve that fits and make up the space. I did that on my PB header, but the person I got it off of cut it shorter.
