Oh and to me the Powerbomb header does add a little bottom end power but flattened out on top a little earlier than stock header. Really need to add some compression and a cam to make the most of it!

Slow down there. First year since I was racing my TRX250R back in the late '90's.
Here is what I have so far for equipment:
2000 model
252x1 cam
P&P head
Kibblewhite valves and jewelry
Wiseco 0.20" over piston
Vito's key
Mikuni 38mm carb
Pro design air filter setup
Clutch case oil cooler
EBC clutch discs
Torq pipe GYTR muffler
15/40 gearing
Axle coming from you Weston
American star +2 arms
Works with remote rezzys
660 Raptor
Dual piston calipers all the way around
Turf tamers out back on 190 rims
My own custom skid plates the protect the vitals
My daughters bike:
2012 TRX250X
Works with remote rezzys all the way around
FMF megamax muffler
Dynojet kit
Still looking for arms and tires
To bad these bikes don't get much support.
