help on jet

my buddy just got a slip on pipe, k&n, and jet kit. I think he is drilling 3-4 2" holes in air box lid its a 98 warrior. any suggestions where he should start for jetting? this is one i dont know much on

I am running a 148 with no airbox lid and a dynojet needle if that helps any.
