anybody ever had exhaust stud break? will it seal with only one bolt? how can i remove broken one? also i need the sizes of the stator bolts?

yeah, be sure to tork those to spec and none more. There enough to grab it with needle nose lock grips? You might have to soak the bolt for a day or so with some PB. I thought I kept the receipt for the stater bolt replacements but can't seem to find it. There are three different sizes. 2, 2, and 3 in each size. Take one of each to lowes and get the bolt versions. Its gunna run you like $7 or so. The three long ones need new washers and lockers too.

I ordered new ones for mine but the easiest way to remove the old ones that are stubborn is to weld a nut to it then use the impact. The heat helps and if its a solid weld it works everytime. If you have a welder and impact tho.

^ yep, spdfrk is right. i broke one off when i changed head pipes. my mechanic had to weld a nut onto the broken stud and back it out a little at the time after soaking it. mine kept breaking more as he backed it out though. had to re-weld the nut about 3 or 4 times. he told me if i ever wanted to change pipes again that i should get a handful of those studs and seals lol.

Thats the nice thing about the impact they usually zip right out if you do it while its still hot. I had to do the same thing to a bolt that broke off for the shield on my header pipe.

^^^dang good ideas guys thanks i will have to do that, also do you need aftermarket exhaust clamp for aftermarket slip on? mine seems to tighten all the way but strill be loose?
