Help with rear brake

What's the easiest and best way to screw the rear piston back on the calliper? Also do I slacken the the hand rake adjuster bolt right off before fitting new pads? Thanks

use a c clamp

a park brake block off is nice too...

yess you will need to loosen the bolt for you to be able to change pads otherwise it wont retract all the way

Managed it tonight wasn't too much hassle, would put a block off on but need it for mot as road legal, but I have wound the handbrake right off and will just adjust for mot haha
