If by modded you mean the warrior has a banshee motor in it, then yeah, it'll keep up.

stock banshees are slow, mine was a little slower than my friends z but with some pipes, they're a different story.

I believe a modded warrior can hang with or beat a banshee. If you remove all the plastic from a warrior and add about 300 lbs and leave all the plastic on a banshee, drop them from about 10000 feet from an airplane, the more streamlined and less wind resistance having heavier warrior should splat to the ground about a split second before the banshee. So I say yes. Under the right circumstances, a slightly modified warrior can hang with or beat a banshee. The only dumb question is the question that isn't asked...sometimes.

The only other time a Warrior is going to keep up with a Shee, is to put them on a trailer and take off down the rode.
